Attar passenger tyres and all-metal cord truck tyres are produced in Saran, Kazakhstan, at a modern tyre factory. The plant is a joint project between Tatneft JSC and Allure GC JSC and is part of the Tatneft Group’s tyre business.
The factory uses advanced, automated machines from Europe, China, and Japan. When running at full capacity, it produces 3 million passenger tyres and 500,000 truck tyres every year.
Every Attar tyre goes through a strict 200% quality check.
First, each tyre is carefully checked by trained staff.
Then, it goes through an automatic inspection system.
This double check helps make sure each tyre is safe, strong, and ready for the road.

The name Attar means “horses” in the Kazakh language. Horses stand for strength, freedom, and endurance. That idea is reflected in the Attar logo, which shows a strong horse’s head on the tyre sidewall. The simple, clean design represents stability, trust, and long-lasting quality.
Attar Tyres are a good choice for drivers and fleets who want dependable tyres without complications. They are made with modern technology, tested carefully, and built to perform well over time. Whether for passenger vehicles or trucks, Attar Tyres focus on safety, durability, and steady performance.
