Where Bars Tyres Are Made
Bars passenger and commercial tyres are produced at the Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi (BRZ) plant in Angren, Uzbekistan. Launched in 2019 within a free trade zone, the facility represents a modern hub for tyre production. After joining the Tyre Business Division of TATNEFT Group in January 2023, the plant has continued to expand its production capabilities. BRZ produces up to 3 million passenger tyres, 200,000 agricultural tyres, and 100,000 running meters of conveyor belts annually.
The BRZ facility is equipped with advanced machinery from leading global manufacturers: KOBE STEEL rubber mixers (Japan), Comerio calendering lines (Italy), Fischer steel cord breaker cutting lines (Germany), VMI tyre building machinery (Netherlands), and Xylon X-ray inspection systems (Germany). This high-tech setup ensures that every Bars tyre meets rigorous performance and quality standards.
Every Bars tyre undergoes a strict two-stage, or 200%, quality control process. The first stage is a careful visual inspection, followed by an automatic inspection system. This double-check guarantees that only safe, reliable tyres reach the market. Any tyre that fails either stage is never sold.
